Community Guidelines
App stores and users expect clear safety rules for dating and social products. These Guidelines apply alongside our Terms of Service. Update them as your product and policies evolve, and train moderation and support teams accordingly.
1. Our goal
Kisy Tech Ltd. Şti. (Kisy App) operates Kisy to help adults make genuine connections in a respectful environment. Everyone is expected to treat others with dignity and to follow these rules and applicable law.
2. Respect and consent
- No harassment, threats, bullying, stalking, or coercion.
- No sexual harassment or unsolicited sexual content. Consent matters for all intimate or sexual conversation.
- No hate speech, slurs, or content that attacks people based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, or other protected characteristics.
3. Authenticity
- Use your own photos and information; do not impersonate another person or organisation.
- Do not use the Service for fraud, romance scams, pyramid schemes, or requests for money from other users.
- Do not use stolen or misleading images.
4. Safety
- Never share passwords, one-time codes, or full financial details in chat.
- For in-person meetings, choose public places, tell someone you trust, and prioritise your personal safety.
- Report suspicious or harmful behaviour using in-app reporting or [email protected].
5. Content that is not allowed
Content must comply with our Terms, store policies, and age rating. Examples of prohibited content include non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, illegal drugs, and illegal activity. Nudity and sexual content must follow our product policies and applicable store rules—if in doubt, be conservative and consistent with your app’s rating.
6. Enforcement
We may remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently ban accounts for violations. Serious or illegal behaviour may be reported to law enforcement where appropriate.
7. Updates
We may update these Guidelines and will post the current version on this page. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by email.
